As a woman, I know how incredibly challenging it is to make healthy food and lifestyle choices. We are constantly targeted and bombarded with all the products and programs to help us lose weight to look and "feel" good. We are offered quick fixes and empty promises that harm our bodies and overall health instead of nourish and heal. We are often left with shame, poor body image, low self-worth, and an unhealthy relationship with food. This is not okay!
Health and Nutrition Coaching is integrative, holistic, and tailored to your bio-individual* desires and needs. You will learn how to nourish your body and implement lifestyle changes that lead to improved health and healing. You will learn how to improve your relationship with food while you feed and nourish your body, mind, and spirit so that you feel empowered to make healthy, sustainable lifestyle changes.
*Bio-Individuality: Each and every person has unique, biological needs. No one way works for every person.
$100 per 60 minute session
$75 per 45 minute session
Two month pre-pay: $340*
Includes two 60 minute sessions per month
Small groups of three to four:
$35 per 60 minute session
$45 per 90 minute session
$60 per 120 minute session
Small groups of five to seven:
$30 per 60 minute session
$40 per 90 minute session
$50 per 120 minute session
*Small groups are made up of like-minded women, initiated by you. I encourage you to find friends, colleagues, fellow church goers, etc to join you in this journey. Small groups usually run for 6 weeks, but are always based on the needs and desires of the group. Groups are capped at 7 members in order to foster connection, accountability, and growth.
